1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a Player into their dian4d Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a Player's dian4d Account balance back to the Player's registered bank account or payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, free bets, deposit matches, or other incentives provided by dian4d to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager bonus funds or associated deposit amounts before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the dian4d platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other rules, regulations, and policies referenced herein or posted on the Website. These documents collectively form the complete legal agreement between you and dian4d.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use dian4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum gambling age in Indonesia, and dian4d strictly enforces this requirement. Age verification through Indonesian national identity card (KTP) upload is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or declared legally incompetent are prohibited from using dian4d services.
• Geographic Restrictions: dian4d primarily serves Players resident in Indonesia. You must not access or use our services from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of dian4d services is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may register and maintain only one (1) Account with dian4d. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, including accounts registered under different names, are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Truthful Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your use of our services.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion period from dian4d or any other online gambling platform.
• Own Funds: You must use only funds that belong to you personally. Depositing funds belonging to third parties, using corporate bank accounts, or otherwise circumventing personal ownership requirements is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete our registration form by providing the following information: full name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address in Indonesia, and preferred login credentials (username and password). All information must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

4.2 Account Verification (Know Your Customer)

dian4d implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify Player identity, prevent underage gambling, combat fraud, and comply with international anti-money-laundering regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, you must upload a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP). Additional verification documents (proof of address, bank account verification) may be requested at our discretion.

Verification typically processes within 24-48 hours of document submission. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of first deposit may be subject to restrictions including withdrawal holds. Deliberately providing fraudulent documents will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or Account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you bear full responsibility for all resulting transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify dian4d customer support and change your password. dian4d is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

5. Deposits

dian4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers, Rp 10,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period based on your Account verification level.

Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on your dian4d Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. dian4d reserves the right to refuse any deposit that does not meet our verification standards or raises anti-money-laundering concerns.

Deposit processing times vary: bank transfers typically credit within 5-15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 WIB), while e-wallet deposits process instantly 24/7. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays. dian4d does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Once deposited, funds are intended for gaming purposes. dian4d is not a banking institution and does not offer interest or returns on deposited balances. Funds held in your Account do not constitute deposits protected by Indonesian deposit insurance schemes.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Account balance to their registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet at any time, subject to successful KYC verification, minimum withdrawal amounts (Rp 100,000), maximum daily withdrawal limits (Rp 50,000,000 for standard accounts, Rp 200,000,000 for VIP accounts), and completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits, as required by anti-money-laundering regulations. If multiple deposit methods were used, withdrawals will be processed proportionally to the deposit sources. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts or alternative payment methods not used for deposits will be declined.

Withdrawal processing times: Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 1-4 hours during Indonesian banking hours for amounts under Rp 10,000,000. First-time withdrawals, large withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000, or withdrawals from accounts requiring additional verification may take 12-24 hours. dian4d does not charge withdrawal fees.

dian4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in withdrawal cancellation and return of funds to your Account balance.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

dian4d periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Complete bonus terms are provided on each promotional page and must be read carefully before claiming any offer.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager bonus funds (and typically the associated deposit) before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 50x depending on the bonus type and promotional period. Only bets placed with real money (not bonus funds) contribute to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other Players, using arbitrage strategies, or otherwise attempting to gain unfair advantage from promotional offers, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, confiscation of any associated winnings, and potential Account closure.

dian4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering requirement completion, dian4d's decision is final.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on dian4d are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type (sports betting, casino games, slots, togel lottery). Detailed game rules are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules before placing wagers.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error acknowledged by dian4d. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, all affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

Maximum and minimum bet limits vary by game type and may be adjusted by dian4d at any time. Attempts to circumvent bet limits through multiple small bets, coordinated betting with other Players, or other strategies constitute a breach of these Terms.

Sports betting markets are subject to official results as determined by the respective sports governing bodies. Settlement of disputed results follows the decisions of official bodies. In the absence of official results, dian4d management will determine settlement based on publicly available information.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Using dian4d services if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise legally prohibited from gambling
• Registering or operating multiple accounts
• Allowing any other person to access or use your Account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Depositing funds that do not belong to you or using third-party payment methods
• Colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or scripts to place wagers
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for profit
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated strategies
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other Players
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack dian4d software or systems

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities for legal action where appropriate.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

dian4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, failure to complete verification, violation of anti-money-laundering policies, or any activity we deem harmful to the integrity of our platform.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your full Account balance (subject to wagering requirement completion). Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

In the event of Account closure for breach of Terms, dian4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Account balance. In cases of voluntary closure or closure without breach, legitimate Account balances will be returned to the Player following identity verification and standard withdrawal procedures.

dian4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, security updates, or technical issues without liability for any resulting losses or inconvenience.

In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and dian4d, you must first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against dian4d. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dian4d holds its international gaming license. However, you acknowledge that your use of dian4d services from within Indonesia subjects you to applicable Indonesian laws regarding online gambling, and you accept sole responsibility for compliance with those laws.

16. Severability
